Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Minnesota requiring 2 years of experience and a current MN RN license.

Responsibilities

Position is in the Labor and Delivery unit of a hospital setting
12-hour shifts, alternating day (0645-1915) and night (1845-0715) schedules
Requires working every 3rd weekend
Utilizes EPIC for electronic medical records
Open to first-time travelers
Responsible for providing comprehensive care to laboring patients before, during, and after delivery
May be required to float within the department as needed
Adherence to required dress code and hospital protocols

Requirements

Active MN RN license required
Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience
AWHONN Intermediate certification required (may be obtained upon offer)
NRP certification required
Experience with EPIC EMR is required
AWHONN Advanced and previous charge experience preferred
Primary residence must be at least 25 miles from the facility
