Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Medical/Surgical position requiring an active MO or compact RN license and at least one year of recent med/surg experience.

Responsibilities

• Hospital-based position on an inpatient Medical/Surgical unit
• Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30
• 13-week assignment
• Up to 5 days of requested time off is permitted but must be made up during the contract
• Local candidates within 50 miles are subject to local rules regarding contract limitations and pay adjustments
• Local candidates may complete up to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before a 1-year separation is required or a transfer to a different client outside the 50-mile radius
• Blocked scheduling may be allowed based on facility needs
• All required documentation must be current at the time of hire

Requirements

• Active MO or compact RN license at the time of consideration
• At least 1 year of recent experience in inpatient Medical/Surgical nursing
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment unless renewal documentation is provided
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required
• Employment history must not have gaps over 90 days in the past year
