Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an Acute Rehab RN with at least 2 years of recent specialty experience for a weekend day shift assignment, requiring a current KY or compact RN license.
Responsibilities
- Work in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) nursing unit
- Acute rehab patient population
- Weekend day shifts from 06:00 to 18:00
- 13-week assignment
- No local travelers are accepted due to 50-mile radius rule
- Gaps in work history of 3 months or more must be explained
- Assignment requires working strictly weekend day shifts
- Must provide documentation including certifications and licenses for consideration
Requirements
- Active KY or compact RN license without any disciplinary actions
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification that remains valid throughout assignment
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required and must be submitted before consideration
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification required, may be completed onsite
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required with no exceptions
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute rehab RN experience
