Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an Acute Rehab RN with at least 2 years of recent specialty experience for a weekend day shift assignment, requiring a current KY or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

Work in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) nursing unit
Acute rehab patient population
Weekend day shifts from 06:00 to 18:00
13-week assignment
No local travelers are accepted due to 50-mile radius rule
Gaps in work history of 3 months or more must be explained
Assignment requires working strictly weekend day shifts
Must provide documentation including certifications and licenses for consideration

Requirements

Active KY or compact RN license without any disciplinary actions
American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification that remains valid throughout assignment
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required and must be submitted before consideration
Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification required, may be completed onsite
COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required with no exceptions
Minimum 2 years of recent acute rehab RN experience
