Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Occupational Therapist with 3 to 5 years of experience and current Ohio licensure for a full-time day shift assignment.

Responsibilities

Outpatient occupational therapy department
Full-time position working Monday through Friday
Work hours are scheduled between 7:30am and 6:00pm
Serve a diverse patient population with various physical, educational, and psychosocial needs
Evaluate, assess, and provide treatment for patients with a variety of disabilities
Responsible for documentation and delivering patient and family education
Supervise COTA/L, volunteers, or students according to OT regulations
Must provide two professional references for consideration
PDF copies of driver’s license and Social Security card required for compliance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master’s preferred
Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy required
Current Ohio OT license required if applicable
3 to 5 years of occupational therapy experience preferred
Proficiency with MS Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
