Job Description

American Traveler seeks an experienced OR RN with CA licensure and expertise in both circulating and scrubbing for various surgical specialties.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital operating room setting
Patient population includes orthopedic, ENT, ophthalmology, general surgery, endo/lap, GYN, plastics, and podiatry cases
10-hour day shifts, four days per week
Shift times are 6:45 to 17:15
Floating to other units and facilities is required
Responsibilities include circulating and scrubbing for a variety of surgical specialties
Must be able to manage airways in complex surgical scenarios
Team-based environment with collaboration among multiple surgical disciplines

Requirements

Active CA RN license required
AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
PDRN certification required
Minimum of 3 years OR nursing experience
Proficiency in both circulating and scrubbing roles
Experience in orthopedic (joints), ENT, ophthalmology, general, endo/lap, GYN, plastics, and podiatry cases
Knowledge of airway management and aseptic technique is required
