Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift contract requiring an AR or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital-based Medical-Surgical unit on Floor 1
Treat adult Med/Surg patients with a variety of acute conditions
Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
13-week contract assignment
Floating may be required as per facility needs
Primary responsibilities include providing comprehensive nursing care to patients on the Med/Surg unit during night shifts
RTO requests must be less than one week in length
Holiday and weekend coverage may be required as assigned
First time travelers are welcome to apply

Requirements

Active AR or compact state RN license required at time of consideration
At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience required
Must have no work history gaps longer than 90 days in the past 12 months
No certifications may expire within 30 days of start
Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
Former permanent staff of any CHS facility within the last 2 years are ineligible
