Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment with experience on GE and Siemens scanners and ARRT certification required.
Responsibilities
- MRI department serving both outpatient and inpatient populations
- Shift is 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM with evening and weekend hours
- Uses GE and Siemens MRI scanners
- Epic charting system is utilized
- Assignment duration is 13 weeks
- Parking is not validated at the Boston location; public transportation and paid public lots are available
- Local candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility; rate adjustments apply for locals
- General responsibilities include performing MRI scans for inpatient and outpatient populations utilizing GE and Siemens equipment
- Dress code and scrubs requirements follow facility policy
Requirements
- Current ARRT certification required
- BLS certification through AHA is required
- Proof of active MA licensure required at time of consideration; no conditional or pending licenses accepted
- Experience with Epic EMR is preferred
- Flu vaccination required without exemption during flu season
- License required if applicable
