Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist with ARRT(M) and (R) credentials and at least 2 years of recent experience for a day shift contract.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital-based mammography department
• Day shift schedule, 4x10 hour shifts from 8:00 to 18:00
• Weekend rotation requires two shifts per month
• No call or holiday coverage required
• Uses Epic EMR, Epic experience required
• 13-week contract assignment
• Travel pairs accepted
• Candidates must provide two supervisor references upon offer
• Modules completed during the first 8 hours of orientation are non-billable and take 3-4 hours on average
• Locals are accepted at a lower bill rate and must live at least 50 miles from the facility
• Professional dress code required; scrubs not specified

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of mammography technologist experience required
• ARRT(M) and (R) certifications required
• Active state license required in hand; Wisconsin/compact license required if applicable
• Experience with Epic EMR required
• First-time travelers are not accepted
• Return staff must have been away for at least one year
• Candidates with latex allergies cannot be accommodated
