Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift position requiring a WA or compact RN license and at least 1 year of Med/Surg experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Medical Surgical combination unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Care for a diverse adult patient population with medical and surgical needs
• Primary responsibility is providing nursing care to patients with a range of medical and surgical diagnoses
• No references required at the time of application
• First-time travelers are accepted
• Team environment with support from multidisciplinary staff
• Scrub attire information will be provided during onboarding

Requirements

• Active WA or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• 1-2+ years of Med/Surg RN experience required
• Current BLS certification required (RQI not accepted)
• Must provide Social Security number and date of birth for consideration
• COVID vaccination card required
• Cannot have been employed as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Permanent address must be more than 60 miles from the facility
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
