Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Telemetry position on a night shift at a cardiac med/surg unit, requiring at least one year of recent specialty experience and an active NH or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in a cardiac med/surg unit providing telemetry care
• Patient population primarily consists of adult cardiac patients
• Night shift position, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment duration
• Responsibilities include monitoring cardiac telemetry and providing care to med/surg patients
• Applicant may not have any Canadian SSN; only U.S. SSN accepted
• No certifications should expire within the first 30 days of assignment
• Applicant must provide references and a skills checklist as part of the consideration process

Requirements

• Active NH or compact RN license required
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in cardiac telemetry or a related specialty
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS certification
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
