Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN with a NV RN license for a night shift travel assignment.

Responsibilities

• Work in a combined Medical Surgical unit within a hospital setting
• Patient population includes both medical and surgical adult cases
• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment duration
• Floating may be required within the facility
• Responsible for providing nursing care to adult patients on the Med/Surg unit
• Must adhere to facility dress code for hospital staff
• Orientation is provided at the start of the assignment
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Requirements

• Active NV RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year recent Med/Surg RN experience
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required (RQI certifications not accepted)
• COVID vaccination card required for consideration
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• Cannot have been employed as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Permanent address must be at least 60 miles from the assignment location
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
