Description
American Traveler is looking for a Home Health Physical Therapist for a 12-week Monday-Friday day shift assignment with no weekends or holidays required.

- Home Health Certified unit setting
- Monday through Friday schedule with day shifts from 08:00-17:00
- No weekend or holiday rotation required
- Uses EPIC EMR
Requirements
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) required for all direct patient care personnel
- License required if applicable
- License or certification verification must be dated within 30 days of start date
