Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist experienced in both screening and diagnostic mammography for a day shift position; ARRT certification and Ohio licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient breast center setting with occasional support at satellite locations
• Primary duties include both screening and diagnostic mammography at the Breast Center, and screening mammography at satellite sites
• Patient ratio is typically 10-15 per day
• Experience with digital and 3-D mammography procedures required
• Knowledge of Digital Hologic (Tomo) is preferred
• Day shifts rotate between 8:00-16:30, 8:30-17:00, and 9:30-18:00
• During holiday weeks, shifts consist of four 10-hour days
• Occasional Saturdays and variable hours (0630-1900) when assigned to mobile units
• No biopsy procedures required in this role
• Main responsibilities include conducting high-quality mammography exams and working collaboratively with clinical staff
• Occasional work at satellite or mobile locations required
• Professional attire or scrubs required per departmental guidelines

Requirements

• Current BLS certification required
• Current ARRT certification and ARRT Advanced Certification required
• Ohio Department of Health license required if applicable
• Experience performing screening, diagnostic, digital, and 3-D mammography procedures
• Outpatient setting experience required
