Description

Job Description

American Traveler seeks an experienced ER RN for a night shift position with NC or compact licensure and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

Work in the Emergency Room of a hospital setting
Night shift, 12-hour shifts
Patient population includes both adults and pediatric patients including those with COVID-19
Epic EMR experience is preferred
No on-call requirements
Provide comprehensive nursing care to emergency room patients with minimal supervision
Must follow all hospital policies and North Carolina Nursing Practice Act standards
Participation in holiday coverage may be required
Epic charting experience is preferred for this role

Requirements

Graduate of an approved nursing program
Active NC or compact RN license
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Minimum of 1 year RN experience required
Primary residence must be at least 50 miles from the facility
