Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a RN for a Surgical Trauma Stepdown unit, requiring a TX or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital Surgical Trauma Stepdown unit
Shift is 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Cares for post-surgical and trauma stepdown patient population
13-week contract assignment
Must provide copies of nursing license, BLS, and completed references for consideration
Scrub or dress code and onboarding details provided upon assignment
First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Requirements

Active TX or compact RN license required
Minimum 1 year of recent trauma stepdown RN experience
Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth are required for consideration
