Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for night shifts in Arizona, requiring a compact or AZ RN license and at least 2 years of ICU experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital setting
• Patient population includes critically ill adults requiring intensive monitoring
• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week travel assignment
• Duties include monitoring critically ill patients, administering medications, and responding to emergencies
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary ICU team
• First-time travelers will be considered
• Dress code and scrub color will be provided upon assignment confirmation
• Holiday coverage may be required based on the facility's needs

Requirements

• Active AZ or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (RQI not accepted)
• Cannot have permanent residence within 60 miles of the facility
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at a LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Cannot hold full-time employment elsewhere
• Candidates must provide Social Security number, date of birth, and COVID vaccination card for consideration
