Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with strong structural heart and TAVR experience for a dynamic role in a busy cardiac cath lab.

Responsibilities

Work in a high-acuity cardiac cath lab rotating between 3 labs, with coverage in the OR or 4th lab as needed
Patient population includes complex coronary, structural heart, and electrophysiology cases
Caseload includes 10–12 coronary and 5–8 EP cases daily, plus device implants
Weekday day shifts, 5x8 hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Call required including every 3rd weekend
Scrubs are provided
EPIC training provided for those with experience on other EMRs
Local candidates are accepted at the same rate
First-time travelers will be considered if they meet experience requirements
You will support specialized procedures including TAVR, PFO/ASD closures, Watchman devices, and EP studies
Collaborate with a team of highly experienced staff known for their expertise and quality standards
Family-oriented and supportive work culture with strong mentorship and advanced training opportunities
Expectation to consistently meet high clinical standards and quality measures such as 90-minute door-to-balloon times

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience
Strong experience with structural heart and TAVR procedures required
Current ACLS, BLS, and either ARRT R or CCI RCIS certification required
Experience scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring cath lab procedures required
Must be able to start confidently with full competence from day one
License required if applicable
Two professional references required for consideration
Copy of driver’s license and Social Security card required for consideration
