Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a night-shift RN for a Med/Surg position in Tennessee requiring at least one year of recent Med/Surg experience and a valid TN or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Position is on a medical-surgical unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:00
• 13-week contract assignment
• No local travelers accepted within a 50-mile radius
• RTO (requested time off) must be less than one week
• Applicants who have been permanent staff at a CHS facility within the past two years are not eligible
• A driver’s license is required for consideration
• Holiday coverage may be expected per assignment
• First-time travelers are eligible to apply

Requirements

• Active TN or compact RN license required prior to start
• At least one year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Certifications must be valid and not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
