Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a part-time Ultrasound Technologist with at least 1 year of experience and current RDCS and RVT certifications for adult and geriatric patient care.

Responsibilities

Work in a general ultrasound department handling adult and geriatric patients
Part-time schedule: Tuesdays and Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
1:1 patient ratio
No weekend and no on-call requirements
Wine-colored scrubs are required
Flu vaccine is required with no exemptions permitted
Bi-weekly orientation is provided
First-time travelers are accepted
Local candidates accepted if residing within 75 miles, at a different pay rate

Requirements

At least 1 year of ultrasound experience required; 2 years highly preferred
Current RDCS and RVT certifications required
NC or Compact state license in hand required if applicable
One supervisory reference from within the last year required
Full SSN and DOB must be provided for consideration
