Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a day shift PET/CT role requiring cardiac PET/CT experience and national certification.

Responsibilities

• Work in a nuclear medicine department performing both PET and PET/CT scans
• Responsibilities include running cardiac PET/CT procedures
• Monday through Friday day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Position involves floating between two clinical locations
• 13-week contract with potential to extend for up to 9 months
• Uses Epic EMR for charting
• First-time travelers are accepted
• Role may involve covering two different clinic locations
• Opportunity to extend assignment beyond initial contract length

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of nuclear medicine experience required, 2 years preferred
• National certification required: ARRT (N) or NMTCB (CNMT)
• Experience with cardiac PET/CT procedures is required
• No state license required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Must provide two professional references for consideration
• Copy of driver’s license and SSN required for consideration
• Local candidates not accepted; must live at least 50 miles from facility
