Job Description

American Traveler seeks a Radiology Technologist with recent Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience and multi-modality imaging skills for a night shift assignment.

Responsibilities

Hospital setting covering at least two modalities: Diagnostic Radiology, CT, Bone Densitometry, or Interventional Radiology
Shifts are Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
Care is delivered under the direction of Radiologists or interpreting providers
Position requires regular competency across selected modalities
Adult and trauma patient population
Performs imaging procedures for diagnosis and treatment under the direction of supervising providers
Maintains competency and proficiency in assigned imaging specialties
Collaborates with trauma team and other clinical staff as appropriate
Candidates must commit to keeping all required licenses active throughout the assignment
Night shift and trauma environment may require high levels of autonomy and teamwork

Requirements

Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology
Registered by the ARRT or registry-eligible with registration required within one year of hire
CPR certification must be obtained within three months of hire and maintained bi-annually
At least one year of hospital Radiologic Technologist experience
Must have recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 trauma experience within the last 2 years
Current New Hampshire Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy license required, or registration as a new graduate with licensure obtained within one year of graduation
License required if applicable
BLS certification required
Must comply with a 75-mile radius rule for eligibility (no local candidates)
