Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry Trauma Days position requiring an active AL or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital setting on the Med/Surg Telemetry Trauma 7 South unit
- Patient population includes trauma and medical-surgical cases requiring telemetry monitoring
- Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 19:00
- Uses Meditech EMR system
- Local candidates are accepted with no radius restrictions
- Virtual orientation includes competency-based modules
- Expect to participate in on-site and online testing as required for competency verification
- Team-based environment providing care to trauma and med/surg telemetry patients
Requirements
- Active AL or compact RN license required with no past or current license hits
- At least 2 years of RN experience, including 1 year recent experience in Med/Surg Tele
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- No pending or temporary licenses accepted
