Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry night shift position requiring a current OH or compact RN license and recent Med/Surg Tele experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital setting on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Night shifts are 12 hours, typically 3 shifts per week from 19:00 to 07:30
• Patient population includes adults requiring medical-surgical and telemetry care
• Qualivis – Lotus system used for submitting hours
• Must be able to work at least every other holiday
• Assignment at any Cleveland Clinic location shall not exceed 18 consecutive months, with a required 6-month break before returning
• Travelers may be eligible for contract extension upon mutual agreement
• Scrubs or dress code requirements are not specified

Requirements

• Active OH or compact RN license in hand
• Minimum 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience required
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Must complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation and achieve an acceptable score
