Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Neuro Endovascular Interventional Radiology Technologist with prior neuro endovascular or neuro interventional radiology experience and required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work in a specialized neuro endovascular department performing LVO stroke cases and cerebral aneurysm repairs
• Procedural specialty collaborating with an endovascular-trained neurologist
• Day shift from 08:00 to 16:30
• Call coverage required every other week
• Assist in opening a new neuro endovascular unit
• Assist with all aspects of neuro endovascular procedures including draping, patient positioning, prepping, and establishing a sterile field
• Process and ensure interpretable quality of completed images
• Assist with equipment setup, surgical site verification, room turnover, and patient safety during procedures
• Participation in continuing education and in-services required to maintain professional standards
• Expected to comply with all policies focused on excellent service and patient care
• Team environment with supervision by a surgeon and collaboration with other clinical professionals

Requirements

• Experience in neuro endovascular or neuro interventional radiology is required
• Must have experience in vascular radiology scrubbing and imaging, including neuro endovascular or neuro interventional procedures
• Current ARRT or NMTCB certification required
• SCRQSA certification required
• Current BLS certification from AHA required
• License required if applicable
