Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced PACU RN with at least 2 years of experience, a WI or compact RN license, and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) in a hospital setting
• 8-hour day shifts are required
• Must be willing to float to multiple locations including Tomahawk, Eagle River, and Howard Young
• On-call required once every 6th to 7th weekend and during low census
• Call back minimum is 2 hours
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must demonstrate effective time management, adaptability to change, and strong teamwork skills
• Social, dependable, accountable, compassionate, and positive attitude required
• Masking required for workers declining flu and COVID vaccination during flu season as per policy
• Eligible for low census protocol during contract
• First week GSA is not applicable

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years recent PACU nursing experience required
• Experience with Epic charting system required
