Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an outpatient clinic position requiring a GA or compact license and BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Work in an outpatient clinic setting in the General Internal Medicine (GIM) department
- Day shift with 8-hour AM shifts
- Assignment is 13 weeks in length
- No on-call required
- Must provide injections
- Previous Emory or Houston perm staff must be separated for at least 1 year, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
- Time-off (RTO) requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days unless near a holiday, in which case a maximum of 3 days is allowed
- Only one holiday request is permitted per contract
- First-time travelers are accepted
Requirements
- Active GA or Compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 18 months of RN experience required
- Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; no local travelers allowed
