Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a day shift position in a busy IR/cath lab, requiring 2+ years of current vascular/interventional experience and ARRT certification.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital-based interventional radiology/cardiac interventional radiology setting
• Patient care focuses on endovascular and vascular interventions
• Day shift schedule consisting of four 9-hour shifts per week, starting at 7:00 AM
• Call requirement of 6-8 days per month, including every 4th weekend
• Holiday rotation required, with specific winter holiday shift coverage
• Uses Epic EMR
• Must be able to participate in a call schedule including weekends and holidays
• Professional references from a supervisor within the last 2 years are required for consideration
• Expectations include contributing as part of an interdisciplinary team in the delivery of patient care
• Dress code and scrub requirements will be communicated at assignment
• Local candidates within 50 miles are accepted, but may be subject to different compensation policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of current experience in a vascular or interventional radiology lab
• ARRT and BLS (AHA) certifications required
• Demonstrated proficiency with endovascular/vascular interventional procedures
• Fluency in either cath lab or IR settings required
• License required if applicable
