Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with circulator abilities and an active AR or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Operating Room of a hospital setting
• Day shift, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with 10-hour shifts
• Required to take 3-4 on-call shifts per month, including one 24-hour weekend call shift
• Care for pediatric through geriatric surgical patients
• Must be able to circulate in GYN, ENT, Urology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, and Vascular cases
• Uses MediTech EMR system
• Required to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient care goals
• May not be considered if permanent address is within 90 miles of Batesville
• Candidates may request no more than 5 days of time off
• White, non-logo scrubs are required
• Must have two recent supervisory references for consideration

Requirements

• Active AR or compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience
• Experience circulating in multiple specialties including GYN, ENT, Urology, Ortho, General, and Vascular
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA)
• Experience working with pediatric through geriatric populations
• MediTech EMR experience required
