Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Ultrasound Sonographer with ARDMS certification and an active NH Imaging Tech License for a 12-week day shift assignment.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital ultrasound department at the Lee, NH campus
• 5x8 hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Assists with after-hours on-call coverage as needed
• Patient population includes general, OB, abdominal, and vascular ultrasound cases
• Uses EPIC charting system
• Will assist with general, OB, abdominal, and vascular ultrasound procedures
• Use of EPIC EMR system in daily workflow
• Parking at some locations may incur daily fees
• Respirator FIT testing must be completed within 14 days of start if not completed prior
• Teamwork-oriented environment with after-hours support requirements
• Local candidates must maintain a permanent residence more than 60 miles from Boston to be considered as travelers

Requirements

• Active NH Imaging Tech License required if applicable
• ARDMS certification in OB, ABD, and Vascular required
• Current BLS certification (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military accepted; AHA preferred)
• Must reside more than 50 miles from Dover, NH
• Flu vaccine is required; no religious or medical exemptions permitted
• NH state criminal background and BEAS record checks required
