Description

Job Description

American Traveler seeks a Speech Language Pathologist experienced in acute care rehab and modified barium swallow studies for a 13-week assignment in Florida.

Responsibilities

Position is in an acute care rehab setting with 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Weekend shift coverage will be required
Role may require floating to sister campuses within 15-20 minutes of the main location
Utilizes Epic EMR system for documentation
Candidates must not have any property ownership or cosigned properties within a strict 50-mile radius of the facility
All time-off requests must be declared prior to consideration and will not be approved after offer
Smoke-free work environment
Must be willing to float to affiliated locations as needed
No block scheduling requests will be accommodated
Orientation involves a combination of remote and onsite sessions, including badge pick up on-site

Requirements

Active FL Speech Language Pathologist license required for consideration
Minimum 3 years of experience in acute care required
Demonstrated experience with modified barium swallow studies
Current BLS certification required
License required if applicable
