Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position requiring ICU or ED background and ACLS/BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Cath Lab of a hospital setting
• Provides care for adult and geriatric patient populations
• Day shift schedule with four 10-hour shifts from 07:00 to 17:30
• Call required on nights and weekends, rotating approximately 9–14 days in a six-week period
• Self-scheduling is available
• Scrubs are provided
• Responsibilities include assisting with cath lab procedures and providing conscious sedation
• Must be comfortable with call duties on nights and weekends as part of a rotation

Requirements

• Active MD or compact RN license required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Experience with conscious sedation required
• Prior ICU or ED nursing experience required
• No first-time travelers will be considered
