Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN with an active IL RN license for a night shift position in a busy hospital unit with a Level III NICU.

Responsibilities

Work in a Labor and Delivery unit within a hospital setting
Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Unit cares for OB ED, antepartum, and labor and delivery patients
Level III NICU capabilities supported
Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
Provide nursing care to laboring mothers, antepartum patients, and support emergency OB situations
Holiday rotation and every other weekend coverage are expected
All positions are auto offer
Local candidates are accepted but are subject to a reduced rate based on the facility radius rule, which varies by state

Requirements

Active IL RN license required
Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (AHA required)
Verification of license through Nursys and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start
All travelers must provide a US Social Security Number and a US address
