Job Description

American Traveler seeks a Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic assignment in LA, welcoming new grads and first-time travelers.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinic setting serving a varied patient population, including post-op, vestibular specialty, and industrial testing
• The role requires seeing 12-14 patients per day with double-booking of follow-up visits expected
• Productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• 8-hour day shifts with a typical schedule totaling 36-40 hours per week
• Position may require floating to other clinics as needed
• No on-call required
• Primary responsibilities are evaluating and providing therapeutic care for a diverse outpatient caseload
• Overtime must be approved by the director prior to working extra hours
• Clinic does not accept PTA candidates
• Scrub or professional attire may be required according to clinic policy

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapist license required if applicable
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required
• Open to new graduates and first-time travelers
• Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment with double-booked appointments
