Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring a VA or compact RN license and at least 1 year of recent cath lab experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Cardiac Cath Lab setting
• Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Perform nursing responsibilities specific to cardiac cath lab procedures and patient care
• Adhere to protocols and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Compliance with health and safety standards required
• Documentation and profile materials must be complete for consideration
• No Canadian Social Security Numbers accepted

Requirements

• Active VA or compact RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent cardiac cath lab experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (AHA or ARC accepted; must be valid for duration of assignment)
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
