Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an interim Director of Nursing position in a post-acute long-term care management setting, requiring a NE or compact RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Work as the interim Director of Nursing within a post-acute long-term care facility
Day shift with 8-hour shifts
12-week contract assignment
May need to work the floor as needed to cover nursing shifts
Utilizes the PCC charting system
Serve as the interim Director of Nursing overseeing clinical operations and staff within the facility
Support and cover floor duties as needed to ensure adequate staffing
No BSN required for consideration

Requirements

Active NE or compact state RN license required
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Previous management or director-level experience in long-term care preferred
