Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Louisiana requiring a minimum of one year L&D experience and an active LA or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

Work in the Labor & Delivery unit of a hospital setting
Day shift position with hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Assignment duration is 13 weeks
Responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
Assignment requires participation in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
All certifications must remain valid throughout the assignment period

Requirements

Active RN license valid in Louisiana or compact state
Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Labor & Delivery required
Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth must be provided for consideration
