Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with a TX or compact RN license and at least one year of recent OR experience for a night shift assignment.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in the surgical department of a hospital setting
• Provides perioperative care within the OR unit
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Responsible for providing perioperative nursing care as part of the surgical team during night shifts
• Must submit complete application with required documentation for consideration

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• At least one year of recent OR nursing experience
• Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required (cannot expire within 30 days of start)
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
