Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager with a current MA license and acute care case management background.

Responsibilities

Work in the Case Management department of a hospital-level acute care setting
Day shift position with four 10-hour shifts per week (7:00 am - 5:30 pm)
13-week contract assignment
Responsibilities include managing patient cases in an acute care environment
Position requires coverage within a 200-mile radius of the facility for RNs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and transitions
Work is focused on facilitating quality outcomes and appropriate resource utilization

Requirements

Active MA RN license required
Minimum of 3 years of acute care case management experience required
Must submit two professional references, including one from a Nurse Manager or higher
No prior violations on nursing license permitted
Must pass a competency EKG test
