Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week Emergency Department assignment in Washington, requiring BLS, ACLS, and five years of ER nursing experience.

Responsibilities

Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
Night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) on a 3x12 schedule
Every other weekend required
Floating to other units as needed within scope
No on-call responsibilities
Uses Epic EMR system
Block scheduling may be discussed during interview
First time travelers are welcome to apply
RNs are supported to complete required modules in the first 16 hours of orientation
Local candidates are accepted
Travel pairs are accepted

Requirements

Active WA or compact RN license required prior to start
Minimum five years of Emergency Department nursing experience required
Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications required
Completion of modules during orientation is required
