Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Stepdown night shift position requiring a TN or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Stepdown unit in a hospital setting
• Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Assignment length is 13 weeks
• No local travelers accepted within a 50-mile radius
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Must provide coverage for assigned shifts and participate as part of the night team
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
• First-time travelers are accepted if meeting the requirements

Requirements

• Active TN or compact RN license required
• At least 1 year of recent experience in the stepdown specialty required
• No certifications may expire within 30 days of start
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Candidates must not have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
