Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg RN with a current IL RN license and ACLS certification for a hospital-based position.

Responsibilities

Work in a medical-surgical setting at a critical access hospital
Adult patient population
Shift is 6:30am-7:00pm, three days per week
Standard 13-week assignment
Responsible for care of assigned group of patients
Supervises care provided by LPNs, NAs, and RNs when functioning as charge nurse
Team-oriented, supportive work environment

Requirements

Active RN license from the State of Illinois
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience
