Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU night shift position requiring an active Oregon RN license and advanced certifications.

Responsibilities

Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) within a hospital environment
Night shifts (1900-0730) with rotating weekend requirements
Care for patients with complex and high-risk conditions requiring intensive monitoring and interventions
Role involves advanced monitoring, assessment, and intervention for critically ill patients
Facility reserves the right to refuse or terminate assignments for any reason
Strict compliance with experience and certification requirements is enforced
Night shift rotation includes some weekend coverage

Requirements

Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license required at time of consideration
Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience required
Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
Healthcare Provider-level certifications must be from AHA

I loved it the hospital was small the patients were not much to handle and people were friendly.

Cons

Someone tried to walk into my hotel room while I was sleeping and had the do not disturb sign on the door. Very creepy.
