Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience and Epic EMR proficiency for a home health setting.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in an outpatient physical therapy setting with home health visits
• Typical caseload is 6 visits per day
• Schedule is 5x8 hour day shifts from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• No call or float requirements
• Occasional weekend work may be needed
• Epic EMR is used and experience is required
• Unit orientation consists of 10 hours
• Open to candidates without previous home health experience
• Scrubs of any kind are permitted
• Candidates within 50 miles of the facility will be considered at the local rate
• Travelers who have ever worked as employees at facilities associated with SolutionHealth are not eligible
• Returning employees or previous staff of SolutionHealth will not be considered

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• NH state PT license required, and candidates may be considered with license pending if able to obtain by start date (license required if applicable)
• AHA or Red Cross certifications only are accepted
• Epic EMR experience required
• Professional references are required for consideration, with the option to start with the second reference pending
• First time travelers are welcome to apply
