Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN with recent circulating experience and an active PA or compact state license for a day shift role.

Responsibilities

• Position based in a hospital Operating Room setting
• Covers a wide range of cases including general surgery, ortho, spine, and neuro
• Circulating duties required
• Day shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts (7:00-19:30)
• 9-10 call shifts per 13-week contract and 3-4 weekend call shifts, all 12 hours
• Epic EMR experience required
• Scrubs are provided
• Must have not been employed by any Guthrie facility within the past year to be eligible
• Role requires participation in call with specified weekend and weekday call shifts
• Team-oriented environment with provided scrubs
• Candidates must have experience in a fast-paced OR with a diverse surgical caseload

Requirements

• Active PA RN or compact RN license in hand at the time of application
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of prior OR RN experience
• Experience with general surgery, ALIF, anterior cervical, craniotomy, kyphoplasty, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, XLIF, arthroscopy, fracture reduction, ortho/spine, spinal fusion, and TJR procedures
• Circulating experience required
• Epic charting experience required
• Non-local candidates only (must reside at least 50 miles from the facility)
• First time travelers are not accepted
