Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a night shift contract requiring a compact or TN RN license and at least one year of ER experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Emergency Department of an acute care hospital
• Position is for a 13-week contract, night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Patient population includes a wide range of emergency medical cases
• No specific mention of required floating or on-call responsibilities
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility
• COVID-19 vaccination card is required
• New travelers may be considered
• Compliance with facility dress code is expected

Requirements

• Active RN license from Tennessee or a compact state
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department RN experience
• Certifications must not be through RQI
• Social Security number and date of birth are required for consideration
• Cannot have been employed as perm staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
