Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with a WA or compact license and at least three years of OR experience.

Responsibilities

Work in the Operating Room department of an acute care hospital
Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
13-week travel assignment
Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care including patient preparation, circulating, and assisting during surgical procedures
Must follow hospital protocols and maintain a safe surgical environment
First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Requirements

Active WA or compact RN license required
Minimum of 3 years of Operating Room nursing experience
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (RQI certifications not accepted)
Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
COVID vaccination card required
Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
Permanent address must be more than 60 miles from the facility
Cannot be employed full time elsewhere
