Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist with NJ Radiologic Technologist License and ARRT in Mammography for a day shift position.

Responsibilities

Work in a mammography unit performing screening and diagnostic mammograms
Procedures include stereotactic breast biopsy and DEXA scans
Uses HOLOGIC mammography and DEXA scan equipment
Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
No weekend or floating requirements
Utilizes Syngo Radiology Information System for charting
First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Maximum of 5-7 days of requested time off will be considered
Any color scrubs may be worn
Must not be a former permanent employee of the facility
Modules are completed during orientation and average 4 hours
Local candidates within 50 miles are subject to a reduced rate

Requirements

NJ Radiologic Technologist License required (pending license accepted)
ARRT certification in Mammography required
At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
License required if applicable
