Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray for a night shift position requiring at least 18 months of experience and current IL state license.

Responsibilities

• Critical Access hospital setting
• Night shift, 4x10 hour schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Assignment length is 13 weeks
• Floating within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals is required
• Uses Cerner EMR, experience required
• Candidates are expected to float within the hospital and to affiliate hospitals as needed
• Must be able to complete all compliance and onboarding requirements within specified timeframes
• Lab appointment, online Docusigns, and badge photo must be completed within 1 week of contract signing
• Up to 16 hours of modules to be completed virtually on the first day and annually thereafter
• Candidates must work 2 out of 3 major holidays during the assignment
• Local candidates are accepted

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months X-Ray technologist experience required
• Current Illinois license required in hand for consideration (license required if applicable)
• AHA or Red Cross certification required, RQI cards not accepted
• Must provide SSN and date of birth for compliance
• Non-licensed allied clinicians must arrive 3 business days prior to start for fingerprints
• Must provide two professional supervisor references from the past two years
• Former permanent or PRN employees must be separated for at least 12 months before applying as a traveler
• Experience with Cerner EMR system required
