Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an RN for an ICU role requiring a PA or compact license, BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications, and Cerner experience.

Responsibilities

Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in a hospital setting
Patient population includes critical care and trauma cases
Rotating 12-hour day and night shifts (7:00-19:30, 19:00-07:30)
Required to work every other weekend
Uses Cerner EMR system; experience is required
Care for critically ill and trauma patients in the ICU
Rotation between day and night shifts typically every 6 weeks
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary ICU team
Adhere to critical care protocols and guidelines

Requirements

Active PA or compact RN license in hand
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Trauma experience preferred
Recent Cerner EMR experience required
Candidates must live at least 75 miles from the facility
