Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Special Procedures Technologist experienced in angiography and neurointerventional radiology, with Massachusetts Radiology license required.
Responsibilities
- Position is in an angiography unit performing both vascular and neurointerventional radiology procedures
- Utilizes equipment from Siemens, Philips, and GE
- Day shifts with a potential combination of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts; exact days to be determined
- Possible late coverage, weeknight, weekend rotation, and on-call responsibilities
- Uses Epic EMR for charting; Epic experience preferred
- Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions allowed
- Parking at Boston locations is not validated and may require the use of public lots or transportation
- Team coverage may include weekday and weekend rotations as well as on-call shifts
- Dress code and scrub requirements per unit policy
- Local candidates within 60 miles of Boston will receive a different pay rate
Requirements
- Massachusetts Radiology license required and must be obtained before start date
- Certification in BLS and ACLS, preferably AHA, will accept Red Cross, CHSF, or military certifications
- ARRT certification required
- License required if applicable
- Experience with angiography and neurointerventional radiology procedures
- Familiarity with Siemens, Philips, and GE imaging equipment
